Genotipisation of black locust (Robinia pseudoacacia) varieties and clones grown in Hungary with ssr methods

We studied 11 Robinia pseudoacacia varieties grown in Hungary, at 12 SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) loci (RP032, RP102, RP106, RP109, RP150, RP165, RP200, RP206, RP01B, Rops15, Rops16, Rops18). From the results, we calculated the average heterozygosity, the range and the number of amplified alleles for each studied locus. The results were compared with the results of scientific literature. We developed a database from the results, which will be freely accessible on the website of the Instititute of Genetics and Bioetchnology at Szent István University (http://mkk.szie.hu/dep/genetika/). Based on the results, the following SSR primers can be appropriate tools for distinguishing different Robinia pseudoacacia varieties at the genomic level: RP200, Rops16, Rops15, RP02, Rops18, RP01B.
Keywords: SSR, robinia, Robinia pseudoacacia, genotypisation, DNS fingerprint
